Combining traditional beer styles with contemporary brewing methods can lead to many sharp exchanges. Truth is that the resulting hybrid usually takes the best from both worlds. Therefore don’t take a lager hopped with the most modern american hops for a heresy against Czech brewing tradition, but rather for a interesting experiment that explores the boundaries of beer styles For our collaborative brew with Prague-based brewery Falkon, we chose an exotic new hop varietal Sabro. Sabro was introduced in 2018 and is a result of cross-breeding modern american hops with a wild hop species from southern Andes. A unique character of this hop gives our lager a very specific taste of coconut, tangerines and tropical fruit. 500 ml, alcohol 5,1 % vol.

Water, barley and wheat malts, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
