The legendary rum and cherry liqueur – an unforgettable flavour memory that warms you to the core. That liquid sin is exactly what we set out to translate into the world of beer. Like a Čert is a cherry sour ale enriched with real vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and oak chips. To give it the proper kick, we’ve added rum-like notes that round out the profile and bring it closer to the character of the classic liqueur – only fresher, more drinkable and with a pleasantly tart finish. Cherries bring juiciness and depth, spices add a warming touch, while vanilla and oak provide a softly sweet, rounded aftertaste. The result is a beer that doesn’t shy away from intensity, yet remains surprisingly harmonious.
