Sour Strawberry Guava is a fruity sour in which we have combined two distinctive ingredients – sweet strawberries and tropical guava. The guava brings an aromatic base with a slightly tangy tropical character, while the strawberry balances the overall profile with a subtle sweetness and roundness. The acidity of the beer is deliberately kept at a pleasant level so as not to overwhelm the flavours of the fruits and leave room for their natural expression. This makes the beer very clear, juicy and drinkable even for those who don’t normally seek out sours.
