Fresh is one of our older recipes , in which we gave the highlight to a couple of aromatic American hops Amarillo and Mosaic evenly used 50/50. The character we achieved with these bad boys is a pompous full fruity bomb of peaches , ripe citrus, yellow melon and tropical fruits . Beautifull thick body will carry these flavour nicely to all your taste buds .

New England IPA generously hopped with Australian hop Galaxy, this varietal provides a rich character of pineapple, tropical fruits and melon. Thanks to huge amount of hops used, Jersper feels a bit sweeter than actually is.

NECTAR OF DARKNESS 17
As nights grow longer our inspiration grows darker and so it happened we brewed our most unorthodox New England IPA to date . In this recipe , we used our Nectar of Happiness as the basis to create a darker version of itself - roasted malt provided black colour and light roasty taste. To top it off , we added habanero peppers extract , that provides a nice hot and peppery character .
