American Pale Ale in its modern iterrations is an embodiment of drinkability created by a marriage of light pale ale malts and reasonable intensity hopping with modern American and/or new world hop varietals. Resulting beer holds a light fruitiness usually with citrusy notes, bitterness that is pleasant and unassertive from the beginning till the end and a grainy malt body that adds certain lightness thanks to high attenuation. In our Robin we used Citra and Simcoe hops, adding their famous citrusy character, that just keeps on giving. 500 ml, alc. 5.1 % vol.
Sládek, Citra, Simcoe
Water, barley malts, oat flakes, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
