EIS Stout 2021
A small portion of this years barrel production was reserved for further tinkering. Two bourbon barrels of our 18 months aged stouts were chosen to undergo an icebock regime, creating the strongest beer we have ever created. Its strenght and intensity of flavour is sure to be a unique memory.

Peanut Cacao Stout 2021
This year's experiment is the first time we ever used peanut flour in beer. For this creation we choose some of the smoother stouts from this year's 18 months aged bourbon barrels, so that the peanut flavour really comes forward. As a companion to peanuts we reached after cocoa nibs, that adds to the complexity of the base stout.

Coffee Stout 2021
Part of this year's barrel production that devoloped a more smooth flavour profile was chosen after 18 months of barrel aging to be infused with specialty coffee from the Doubleshot roastery. The result is a nice balance between the easy and smooth character of the base stout and a rough and bitter taste of coffee.

COCONUT STOUT 2021
In our coconut version of our barrel series we utilize such barrels that aged to be a bit rougher in character than the rest. The more pronounced woody and bitter tones are smoothened out with the soft mouthfeel of the coconut. This 18 months barrel-aged stout wil therefore bring you an extremely well-balanced experienced with intense taste of bourbon barrels and coconut.

STOUT BOURBON 2021
The best 18 months old bourbon barrels of this year's barrel "harvest" we joined in our purest blend. We combined barrels from Woodford Reserve and Jim Beam distilleries creating a very complex, intense but still smooth flavour, that stands as a manifest to our barrel aging capabilities, our blending preferences and our understanding of the limits in the use of bourbon barrels.
