American Strata hops are known for their creamy strawberry character. We’ve enhanced that with the addition of strawberries in this highly hopped 5 % beer, resulting in a truly special beer with a strawberry character, light bitterness and huge drinkability.

Light, hazy beers are our favourite so we like to turn to them as often as we can. The haze comes mainly from of high hopping, where the hop oils remain in the emulsion. With this amount of oils, the beer is really very fragrant and intensely flavoursome. We support this flavour with a soft creamy body through the use of oatmeal and wheat.  Strata hops are very modern hops that have only been on the market for a few years. But it has caught on very quickly because its taste is truly unique. It offers intense flavors of strawberries, cream, wood and fruit, which inspired us to add more strawberries to the fermentation. The resulting taste should be a real fruit bomb.
Strata
Water, barley malts, oat flakes, wheat malt, strawberries, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
