“Cold IPA is an IPA, but it contains ingredients other than those you are used to seeing on the side of the can, namely rice flakes. Cold IPA is even used to make a slightly dry lager with the help of yeast, which, however, must work at a higher temperature, so there is no need to undress. During fermentation, the beer is also dry-hopped, this time with Strata, Simcoe, and Citra varieties! The result is a smooth, fresh, and straightforward treat with distinctive fruity aromas! Passion fruit, herbal notes, lemon zest, grapefruit, floral notes, and fresh bitterness. Put on your gloves so your fingers don’t freeze!”

Tuju is a small brewery tucked away in an old horse stable, but it certainly doesn’t give the impression of keeping a low profile. Their stouts have won awards, and their heavily hopped IPAs have quickly found fans among lovers of modern beer. They don’t limit themselves to one style—they enjoy pushing boundaries and trying new techniques. Whether it’s Wild Barrel or Black Barrel, Tuju beers share a playfulness, rawness, and graphics that cannot be overlooked.
