For the third year in a row, we’re hosting our international tasting festival Winter Affair, and just as long we’ve been brewing collaboration beers with some of the participating breweries. It’s a uniqueopportunity to get to know each other better, share insights, and combine our brewing know-how. Beers brewed as part of the Winter Affair Gossip series are the result of these meetings – blending brewing cultures, unique recipes and a shared love for craft across borders and continents. With Danish brewery Tiny Hill, known for their focus on modern meads, we explored a style you rarely see around here – braggot, a hybrid between beer and mead. The result is a beer with lower alcohol content, but full flavour and a proper level of carbonation. The base is quality honey, bringing gentle sweetness, floral notes and a smooth, rounded body. Passion fruit adds juicy acidity, coconut brings soft tropical creaminess, and vanilla ties it all together into a dessert-like yet refreshing experience.
