After years, we reconnected with Sibeeria Brewery and reminisced about the old days when Sibeeria brewed at ours in their contractbeginnings. This time we switched roles and flew to them. We brewed a Triple New England IPA packed with modern hops that you won’t easily forget.

We have fond memories of the early days of our brewery in Louny, we created a little hub where a lot of small contract breweries flocked together and one of them was the now famous Sibeeria. The founder and then brewmaster Ruslan Shishmintsev was a truly renaissance personality, from whom we learned a lot at that time and not only us. At that time, the Czech Republic was just finding its way to modern hoppy beers and we are happy to say that our brewery brewed many of the first New England IPA style beers in our country. One of these was our collaboration with Sibeeria Brewery, Join, or Die. Years later, we thought it would be great to compare our approaches to brewing again and thought we’d pick up where we left off last time. But since we make dozens of classic New England IPAs each, we thought we’d take the Join, or Die recipe and turn everything to the right. So at Sibeeria Brewery  we have created a really hearty strong IPA that’s bursting with hops. Have a go!

Water, barley malts, hop products
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 °C.
