Following our Hop Water, here comes another alcohol-free experiment – Hop Tonic. A citrusy bomb dry-hopped with Citra and boosted by a decent kick of quinine, the backbone of every proper tonic. Bold bitterness, low sugar, but full-on flavour. Alcohol-free, but definitely not soft.

Hop Tonic is our next step into the world beyond beer. After the success of Hop Water – our lightly sparkling hoppy water – we wanted to go even further. To take hops and build something entirely new around them. Not beer, not water – a whole new experience. The result is a non-alcoholic, prebiotic tonic dominated by the legendary Citra hop, bringing bright citrus aromas and the kind of dry bitterness you expect from a proper tonic. We sweeten it with chicory root syrup – for flavour, but also for its natural prebiotic benefits. That way, we keep the sugar low, the calories down to just 60 per half-litre, and the taste full and grown-up. Hop Tonic is not just another soft drink. It’s a craft alternative to sweet sodas, beer, and all those boring alcohol-free options out there. A different path, maybe – but still 100% Zichovec at heart. And the hops? They’re here to stay.
