We built Sea Buckthorn Ginger Gose on a simple sour base, which we pumped up with a generous dose of sea buckthorn and freshly juiced ginger—two ingredients that are great for immunity. Sea buckthorn brings a bright acidity and intense fruity notes full of vitamin C. Ginger adds a subtle spiciness and a pleasantly warming finish. Together, they create a unique combination of flavors that refreshes and invigorates. Slightly salty, delicately spicy, fresh, yet with the soul of autumn.
