We named our newest experimental creation Beaver Moon in the name of the full moon in November. Our sládek Mikuláš came with this idea and used American oak wooden chips and macerated them in our clean kettle sour ale. The resulting flavour is an incredibly smooth sour with elegant tones of wood, vanilla and light bourbon-like character.
