In 2020, we teamed up with gifted homebrewer David Hoffman and embarked on a journey outside of our comfort zone. David connected us with the Moravian family winery Filiberk, where they provided us with advice and Cabernet Moravia grapes, which we pressed in the brewery and slowly naturally fermented in wooden barrels. Now we present to you the first wine produced in our brewery.
