This is our interpretation of a completely classic Bavarian wheat in which you can expect a very intense banana flavour with a touch of clove. We took as our model the original slightly semi-dark wheat we know from small Bavarian breweries.

When someone orders a “Wheat” in the Czech Republic, it’s as if they have a precise idea of exactly what they want to get in their glass. But wheat beer takes many forms, and we’re not just talking about different national styles. For example, even German wheats have branched out a bit in our history. When one says German Weissbier today, one thinks of a yellow hazy crisp flavor with a hint of banana and touch of clove. But wheat beers weren’t always so bright. So now we present to you an honest Bavariar hefeweizen, which combines the familiar banana-clove profile with a slightly darker malt base than you might be used to. 
Hallertauer Mittelfruh, Žatecký poloraný červeňák
Water, barley malts, oat flakes, wheat malt, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
