In a world that’s constantly heating up, there’s an ever-increasing demand for simple, dry, drinkable beers, and we’re huge fans (not of the heating up, but the sry beers). Drinkability is a mantra that has been sounded by our brewery every day in recent couple years, and one of the most drinkable and even drinked beer styles in the world is exactly Mexican Lager. It’s history dates back to the 1860s, when it was the imigrants from the Austro-Hungarian Empire who founded the local beer culture. The history of Mexican lager is surprisingly connected to ours. In our Cervecita, some of the malt is replaced with corn flakes to reduce body and residual sugar, resulting in a drier, more drinkable and repeatable experience.
Saaz Shine
Water, barley malts, maize flakes, hop products, limes, salt.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
