On International Women’s Day, we hosted a girls’ day at our brewery, featuring a special workshop where participants, guided by our brewer Ema, explored beer creation starting with the most fun part – combining flavours. They worked exactly the same way we do when developing our beers. Tasting, adjusting and searching for the perfect balance between individual components. The result is a sour ale where raspberries, lime and lemon balm come together. Raspberries bring juicy fruitiness and a pleasant tartness, lime adds a fresh citrus kick, and lemon balm softens and rounds out the profile with a gentle herbal, calming touch. GRL PWR: Exploration is a fresh, playful and highly drinkable beer that carries not only bold flavour, but also the experience of creating something together.
