The Clock Brewery has been an integral part of the Czech craft beer culture since 2014, and during that time many of their beers have acquired the status of cult classics. One can easily think of Red IPA Twist, for example, which for many years has served as an example of what this style should ideally look like. But Clock is not only about famous evergreens, but also about innovative novelties from sours to stouts and everything in between. In 2019, Clock purchased the building of the former Fenetra window factory in their picturesque home village of Potštejn. After a two-year reconstruction, they now brew beer there with his “wild” project bearing the same name “Fenetra”.
Nina is one of the first Czech sour beers and today enjoys a cult status. It was mainly earned by its honesty – you will find 230 grams of raspberries per liter in it. Its taste is intensely fruity with pleasant acidity from lactic fermentation. Expect huge drinkability.
