The Clock Brewery has been an integral part of the Czech craft beer culture since 2014, and during that time many of their beers have acquired the status of cult classics. One can easily think of Red IPA Twist, for example, which for many years has served as an example of what this style should ideally look like. But Clock is not only about famous evergreens, but also about innovative novelties from sours to stouts and everything in between. In 2019, Clock purchased the building of the former Fenetra window factory in their picturesque home village of Potštejn. After a two-year reconstruction, they now brew beer there with his “wild” project bearing the same name “Fenetra”.
Rišaví Zmikund is an evergreen of the Czech beer world for a several years now. Its fresh combination of semi-dark caramel malts, rich hops and surprising drinkability will definitely grow on you. Less than 8% alcohol is incredibly well hidden in this beer.
