The Clock Brewery has been an integral part of the Czech craft beer culture since 2014, and during that time many of their beers have acquired the status of cult classics. One can easily think of Red IPA Twist, for example, which for many years has served as an example of what this style should ideally look like. But Clock is not only about famous evergreens, but also about innovative novelties from sours to stouts and everything in between. In 2019, Clock purchased the building of the former Fenetra window factory in their picturesque home village of Potštejn. After a two-year reconstruction, they now brew beer there with his “wild” project bearing the same name “Fenetra”.
Sarah is a dense, very well-balanced strong stout that combines roasted flavor with a really dense body and well-hidden alcohol. The bourbon version was aged for 12 months in barrels and has the beautiful vanilla notes we know and love from American bourbons.
