The growing demand for non-alcoholic beers cannot go unanswered by us. That’s why we are now introducing a non-alcoholic version of sour beer, based on our oldest sour – Sour Passion Fruit. Non-alcoholic beers are quite complicated to make. There are several methods of production; we make our non-alcoholics with a special yeast strain that ferments very low to keep the alcohol level below 0.5 percent. The beer is then pasteurised after filling into cans to prevent infection or refermentation, which could push the alcohol higher after it’s produced. Either way, the result is a drinkable delight that will make it easier to experience your social life without alcohol. So cheers.
