The combination of roasted dark malts, coffee nad lactose is an intuitive pairing that has been around for a very long time. Looking to the western breweries creates the impression that almost every famous producer has its own version of a coffee milk stout. Well, we don’t want to be left behind either, so we made this strong velvety stout with high-quality specialty coffee from Rebelbean roastery in Brno. Tremendous smoothness and velvety quality has been achieved especially by adding lactose, a milk sugar that classic brewer’s yeast cannot ferment. The beer thus remains smoother and the roast becomes less aggressive. But what remains is an intense note of authenthic coffee flavour.
