Our first Hop Water was fine, but we knew it could do better. That’s why we focused on the balance of flavors – we tweaked the acidity to shape a fresh and lively body, while suppressing the bitterness that could easily interfere with the harmony of hop flavors. This time we went for a combination of Citra and Sabro hops. Citra brings its typical citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, while Sabro adds nuances of coconut, pineapple and exotic fruit. The result is a perfectly refreshing hoppy water that hydrates and invigorates without containing any alcohol or sugar.
