Piwo Grodziskie belongs among revived historical styles. For a long time, it was kept alive by only one brewery, but in 1993 its production completely ceased due to low demand and profitability. Thanks to the effort of Polish homebrewers and beer industry workers, the style came back to life around 2010, became defined and joined other historical styles. Due to its unique and unintuitive flavour profile, it continues to be a marginal style, but we have seen so much Grodziskie over the past years, that it’s unlikely we would lose it again.  750 ml, alc. 2,5 % vol.
