Dandelion flowers play a leading role in this wild beer without hops, which, together with a mixture of herbs, fully replace the hops that you will not find in this beer.    The brewery Černý potoka has become a legend amongst Czech craft beer scene thanks to it’s extremely aromatic IPAs in the time when most of Czech brewers yet did their first baby steps in the world of modern american brewing. The story of Vašek Vomáčko and his brewery is a tale that every homebrewer dreams of. Vašek took on a journey from the pot in his kitchen to one of the leading Czech breweries in the matter of years and many of his beers stand as a benchmark to modern American styles. What’s more, Vašek and his family, that regularly helps him with running his brewery, is a great bunch, you’ll always have a great conversation with. Černý potoka functions as a contract brewery founded in 2016 and they brew their beers withing the Jungberg brewery in the size of couple hundred hectolitres a year.
