One of the most favourite versions of our fruited sours contains an uncompromising 200 grams per liter of organic raspberry purée. This ensures a trully authentic fruit experience, that harmonically pairs with the sourness from the lactic fermentation. 

Let's welcome a new addition to our collection of fruited sour ales, this time with a rich addition of apricots. Full, fruity, soft and lightly sour character of apricots is a great parner to the fresh sourness created by lactic fermentation.

We open the summer sour season with a new addition to our basic "Sour" series. In this one, we went for the well-known pair of strawberry and rhubarb flavors, you might know from your grandma's pie recipes. They work so well together because the more acidic rhubarb perfectly complements the sweet strawberry, and you can feel exactly that in our new sour.
