For our second non-alcoholic beer we listened to your requests and found a way to pasteurize the cans, so you can look forward to our first canned AF beer. For this release we chose the style that is closest to our hearts, a hazy fragrant IPA with Cryo Pop and Citra Spectrum hops. So give it a taste and stay resposible!

The biggest challenge in making non-alcoholic beers is guaranteeing the consumer that the beer is truly as low in alcohol as the label claims. That’s why pasteurization is a must in their production. This is because you ferment the beer with a very uncompetitive non-alcoholic yeast culture that leaves most of the sugar in the beer untouched. Thus, any intrusion of even a single yeast cell capable of standard reproduction and fermentation could push the alcohol limit above the magical legal limit of 0.5 % alcohol. We’re happy to have found a way to pasteurize the finished cans so you can enjoy our new alcohol-free creation in the comfort of your home, or even on the go. 
Citra, Cryo Pop
Water, barley malts, wheat malts, oat flakes, lactose, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
