This is the second beer in a series we call "Three Times Three" - A creative union between new and long time friends. All top minds and people we admire immensely. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery.

In January we held the very first iteration of the Winter Affair international beer festival, where we invited Europe’s top brewers and arranged collaboration batches with six of them. Now we’re introducing them all in short succession.   With Swedish brewery Omnipollo, we had to brew something crazy. But we didn’t want to create just another postmodern concoction. That’s why we came up with the concept of a quadruple decocted lager. A Czech lager on steroids, in which we achieved an absurd depth of malt expression thanks to the quadruple decoction. All this supported by the fragrant character of Czech hops.
Žatecký poloraný červeňák, Saaz Comfort
Water, barley malts, oat malts, barley flakes, cocoa beans, coffee beans, hop products, vanilla beans.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
