This unusualy warm summer created conditions where apricots ripened extremely fast, devoloping the full a juicy character of ripe apricots while retaining the sourness of sharp ones. An elegant intense organic beer, that fermented with wild yeast in wine barrels and the conditioned in bottles for a long time.
