We are incredibly grateful for the way you have embraced Nectar of Happiness as your Czech to-go NEIPA. Today, we brew over 20 batches of Nectar per year, making up about 5% of our production. It is the largest part of our exports and simply a thing that has grown more than we could ever dream of. Special batches like this one are based faithfully on the basic recipe you know so well. Pilsner malt and a huge amount of oatmeal ensure a creamy body that carries the flavor of the hops used beautifully so you can enjoy the extremely intense aroma. Strata hops are one of America’s newest hop varieties, created on a farm in Oregon by open pollinating the Perle hop variety. Its character has quickly become part of the repertoire of many breweries, as its strawberry profile is truly unique.
