Taste our interpretation of a classic German wheat beer. We took a trip to the famous Bavarian brewery Weihenstephaner and brought back their unique yeast culture, which provides our beer with a truly authentic fermentation profile full of tones of banana and clove.

German Hefeweizen is for Bavaria, what Czech Pilsner is for Czechia – alpha and omega of local beer culture and history, without which you can hardly imagine the beer world. Amongst the oldest brewery that brews this style, you can find Weihenstephaner, some sources even state it as the oldest contemporary brewery now standing. Probably dont have to need explain how happy it makes us, that this brewery openly sells their unique yeast and so we can do a little German act a do a truly proper Hefeweizen of our own.
