In recent years we’ve become very fond of beers that somehow simulate other branches of gastronomy, be it cooking, baking or mixology. In this Christmas twist on a classic punch, we’ve used pomegranate and pear puree for a fruity flavor, chokecherry to bring out the slightly tart flavor of red wine and rum flavor, and a blend of spices typically used to make punch. We hope this sour will help you get into the Christmas spirit quickly. It definitely works for us.
