Baking Christmas sweets is an inseparable part of the festive season and so i brewing our Rohlíček inspired by the Czech sweet of the same name. Recipe of our Christmas milk stout is based on a thick dark malt backbone, tha we softened with the use of vanilla beans and lactose. Lactose is separated milk sugar, unfermentable for classic beer yeast, this ingredient ensures a creamy and sweet body that we love in our milk stouts. We suggest you relax and watch your favorite Christmas movies when drinking our Rohlíček.
