Following our first Northern IPA inspired by the aurora borealis comes its counterpart –Midnight Sun. A beer inspired by the endless daylight of the north, built on bold, modern hopping. The combination of Citra, Strata and Nectaron creates a complex fruit-forward profile. Citra brings juicy citrus, Strata adds passion fruit and a slightly dank herbal edge, while Nectaron rounds it out with notes of tropical and stone fruit. All set on a clean, slightly dry base that lets the hops fully shine. The result is a fresh, aromatic IPA with a full body and high drinkability.

Water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, yeast

Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
