To bring you the real taste of Christmas, we decided to make a beer with the taste of the famous Dutch cookies. The base is a Brown Ale made from many complex amber and dark malts, which we have enriched with the taste of Christmas speculoos spices.

Brown Ale is a slightly different beer style than the typical Czech amber beer. The Czech version is mostly bready and caramely, while Brown Ale bets on far more earthy Maillard flavors, cereal and biscuity. In our Spekulka we have used quite a wide selection of malts to create a really deep malt flavor that will stand up well to the added spices which consist of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, anise and nutmeg. Together, they create a whirlwind of flavors that will remind you of you favourite Christmas cookies.   
Magnum
Water, barley malts, oat flakes, spices, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 °C.
