Big Rizz represents a full-bodied Double NEIPA built on both structure and aromatic intensity. The base is formed by a combination of Citra, Mosaic and Dolcita, delivering layers of citrus, tropical fruit and juicy fruit character. The profile is further enhanced by the use of Phantasm – an innovative powder made from New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes, rich in thiols. These thiols significantly enhance the hop aroma, pushing the beer into intense notes of tropical fruit and citrus. The result is a full-bodied, juicy and heavily hopped Double NEIPA that balances richness with surprising drinkability.
