A single hop NEIPA showcasing the American variety Strata in both its classic and cryo form. This approach makes the hop expression more intense, cleaner and fully focused on aroma. Strata is known for its bold fruitiness, dominated by strawberries, passion fruit, citrus and tropical notes, complemented by a signature herbal and slightly “dank” character. This combination gives the beer a profile that is juicy yet layered with depth. Full, creamy body, low bitterness, and maximum aroma. Nothing but Strata!
