Combining the drinkability of a ten and the fullness of flavour of a twelve, this is Krahulík 11 – our lager for the undecided. Thanks to the combination of modern Czech hop varieties Saaz Shine and Harmonie it is very elegant even with high aromaticity. Expect bitterness, herbal aromas and a dry, effervescent body.

In recent decades, Czech 11 has earned a place of honour in the world of traditional lagers. We love its advantageous position among its weaker and stronger alternatives, too. For our Krahulík 11, we wanted to capture the advantages of this tier and create a harmonious combination of the drinkability of our ten and the intense flavour of our twelve. For this purpose we chose two modern Czech hop varieties. The first one is Saaz Shine, a variety registered in 2019, which shows a lower amount of bittering acids, creating a very elegant bittering profile. The second is Harmony, a modern aromatic variety that, in addition to the typical herbal and floral notes, has a light citrus line that earned it its name. Thanks to the higher attenuation typical of all our lagers, this unique hop duo really has room to shine.

Water,  barley malts, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
