Black IPA or Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA) is an evergreen of American craft beer revolution. Its history reaches back to 1994, making it one of the oldest modern styles. Combination of very roasted malts and extensive hop regime is a very novel and non-intuitive and can be quite hard to balance the roastiness and the bitterness of the beer. This makes it a rarely brewed style that, if done right, can be trully an exceptional experience. For our Baby Revolution, we chose three of the most famous of American hops – Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra. Thanks to this trinity you’ll taste a dominant resiny, citrusy and tropical fruit aroma and flavor. Thanks to the mix of both very pale and extremely dark roasted malts, we created a body, that’s substantially roasted, but still smooth and very drinkable.

Water,  barley malts, hop products.
Served and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
