Mexican lager brewed in collaboration with the Merkádo cultural festival, dedicated to Latin American gastronomy and culture. The lager is according to the Mexican style, i.e. very dry, drinkable, with a proportion of corn in the grist and light, elegant hopping.

We’ve been wanting to brew a Mexican Lager for a long time, but we needed someone to push us over the edge. For this we owe to our partnered Prague craft beer bar Myslís?, who introduced us to the people behind the Latin American culture festival called Merkádo. It is with Merkádo that we are finally realizing a version of the Mexican corn lager, which is perfect for summer sipping. This is due mainly to its attenuated body, light bitterness and a small amount of attractive hops with the elegant Czech variety Saaz Shine. We are releasing the beer on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Merkáda festival, so it cannot be missed! 
Saaz Shine
Water,  barley, b>oat flakes, b>wheat malts, hop products.
Podávejte a pijte vychlazené. Chraňte před mrazem a přímým slunečním světlem. Nejlépe pak uchovávejte na chladném místě do 8 °C.
