Our beer, you’ve already met, today, meet our first cider! It was fermented spontaneously by microbes that naturally occur on the skins of old apple varieties from local orchards of Slánsko region. Taste an intense flavour of tart apples and long 16 months of fermentation in wood barrels.

We love fermenting things, and we aren’t keen on using only sugar from grains. So we slowly delve into various new beverages, and when we decide to brew one, we do it properly. To choose appropriate varieties for our apple cider, we had consulted local farmers and decided to use traditional apples from old apple trees. More sour and tart fruirs with lower sugar content created a great base for a natural wood-aged cider with an incredible soft and dry impression.

Consider this creation as another of our steps leading us in direction of more wild and spontaneous flavours from historical traditions long overlooked. These worlds are a tremendous fun for us, so expect more wild stuff from us in the future.
