Juicy Lucy is the first NEIPA, which we have ever brewed in our brewery and since that we started to love this beer style. This style is typical by extreme amount of aromatic hop used in later stages of production mainly because we aim to reach maximal potential fruitiness in the aroma and taste. And at the same time we want to keep bitterness under control. There are also used oat flakes, which make the structure of the body smoother and beer is then velvety. On the top of that we macerated Juicy Lucy on coconut.
