Gose is a German style that combines light acidity and mineral saltiness, and this interpretation of Falkon brewery is made even more interesting by the addition of plum puree and lavender aromas.

Falkon Brewery and its brewer Jakub Veselý are one of the founding entities of Czech craft beer movement and it exists as a contract brewery since the year 2012. In its offer you can find a lot of modern styles like New England IPA and all kinds of sours. They don’t avoid brewing anything thou, so their protfolio is quite wide and contains many traditional and often very nice styles. Falkon is a very small production, that brews only couple hundred hectolitres per year, so many of their brews can become quite rare.

Water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, plum puree, plum juice, pear juice, Himalayan salt, coriander
Served and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
