A novelty not only for celiacs! Introducing our hoppy 100% oat ale, which we have laboratory tested to fit into the category of gluten-reduced beers. The oats provide a nice velvety body and the uncompromising flavour is backed by a pair of highly aromatic American hops, Amarillo and Talus.

Some time ago, we brewed a 100% oat beer for our Kartel project, which we providentially sent off for lab analysis. Because oats are not completely brimming with gluten, we thought we could fit into the category of reduced gluten foods. The laboratory results told us that we fit in with a safe margin and so we are now introducing a brand new product in which, in addition to the oat grist, you can also expect a pleasantly fragrant combination of exotic Amarillo and Talus hops. Amarillo is a little older than Talus and features a flavor that will remind you of yellow melon and ripe citrus. Talus represents a very modern wave of hop-breeding and you will find flavours of strawberry, mint and wood in its character. Convince yourself that a low-gluten beer doesn’t have to be a compromise.

Water, oat malts, oat flakes, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
