The world of New Zealand hops is a world of elegant tastes, New Zealand is an ideal place for growing modern aromatic hops thanks to its climate, that oscilates between hot tropical summers and deep cold winters. Local hop growers and institutes capitalize on this fact and created a ton of interesting new varieties like Nelson Sauvin or Motueka, these hops have and incredibly rich yet smooth aroma full of fruits, citrus and grapes.
Slám z Bot is a homage too all our farmhouse rednecks. We used Nelson Sauvin hops named after the white grapes that its character imitates. This light farmhouse ale was fermented with specific Belgian yeast from White Labs, giving the beer it’s dry, crispy and spicy taste.
