In these organic alcoholic beverages, you will find a rare combination of two worlds – natural wine and wild-fermented beers. The beers from the Second Skin series are aged for years in wooden barrels and then macerated for months on the skins of Moravian organic Pinot Gris grapes, which were hand-processed at the Many Worlds brewery.

Many worlds is kind of a rarity in the Czech beer world. It is a brewery that brewed their first batch in 2018, your first chances to taste it were a few degustations in 2021, and only in 2022 they finally released their beers openly. A dynamic duo of Marek Mahut and Ján Hrnko decided to brew beer slowly in many wooden barrels with help from wild and spontaneous fermentation. To complicate their journey a bit further they chose to do all this in organic quality, brewing with organic malts, organic hops, organic fruits and using only barrels after wine. For a wild production their beers tend to be pretty smooth and elegant, which became a mission for Many Worlds – any brewer can brew a beer that is high in sourness, but to control a wild fermentation in wooden barrels and bottles for three years and create an close to clean taste profile, that’s a different craft. 375 ml, alc. 6 % vol.
