This beer style is characterized by the extreme amount of aromatic hops used in the late stages of production, in order to achieve the maximum possible fruitiness in aroma and taste, but still keep the bitterness in check. Oatmeal is also used, which softens the structure of the body and the beer is then beautifully velvety. And last but not least, a special strain of yeast plays an important role. The taste and aroma are distinctive mango, pineapple, citrus and yellow melon.
