The cooperation initiated by the Brno-based specialty coffee roaster Rebelbean gave rise to this coffee sour ale, which is not made from coffee beans, but from the pulp of coffee cherries – cascara. This is a fruit with a trully unique taste, until recently an off-product of coffee production, which only became legally importable into the countries of the European Union in January 2022.
