West coast of the United States is well-known for its amazingly balanced IPAs, that combine intense fruity and resiny tones of modern American and New World hop varieties with pronounced bitterness. We used the Columbus and Simcoe in our West Coast IPA.

With our West Coast IPA we look back to the beginnings of Czech craft beer, back to the first Czech modern IPAs, back to the age where we battled over the most bitter IPA and over the best fresh American hops. Today, breweries no longer care about a high IBU and so even our ne West Coast IPA is more about balance. Its well-balanced bitterness is quick to dissolve and leaves no harsh feeling on your tongue. Thanks to the original hops of American craft beer revolution – Columbus and Simcoe, West Coast IPA is intense in resin and citrus character and also elegant bitterness. On the contrary, Australian hop Galaxy brings more modern tones of tropical fruits and makes this IPA a very contemporary one.
Columbus, Simcoe
Water, barley malts, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
