You already know our stalwart ale Robin very well, now we decided to add grapefruit to this APA with Simcoe and Citra hops to brighten up its expression. The fruity character of the grapefruit blends beautifully with the character of the American hops to create a beautifully drinkable beer that you won’t want to take your lips off.

Some of you may already know Robin on Grapefruit as a returning infusion at our beer festival or some of our events. Because of its success, we decided to turn it into a proper batch of it`s own. This allowed us to play around with the grapefruit ingredient and make a beer that really represents that flavor well even after fermentation. The aromatic American Simcoe and Citra hops that are part of the base recipe for Robin serve as a great canvas here for adding the fruit component. 
Sládek, Citra, Simcoe
Water, barley malts, oat flakes, hop products, grapefruit essential oil.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
